KURO ALPHA UPDATE - APRIL 27, 2025 - MONSTER RING IMPROVEMENTS & BETA ANNOUNCEMENT

MONSTER RING IMPROVEMENTS

• Tiers 1-3: Now only provide HP/MP bonuses with progressive increases (50/75/100 HP/MP)
  
• Tier 4: Now gives +1 to each main stat (STR/DEX/INT/LUK)
  
• Tiers 5-6: Give +2 to each main stat
  
• Tier 7: Gives +3 to each main stat
  
• Tier 8-9: Give +4 to each main stat plus weapon/magic attack bonuses
  

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

• Added dummy damage - use @DPM dummy 1/2/3/4 to test your damage for that duration regular @DPM 1/2/3/4/5 still works 
  
• Made Chain Lightning with no damage drop off
  
• Added missing Poisonic weapons to Zakum drops
  
• Fixed Scissors of Karma
  

BUCCANEER CHANGES

• Corkscrew Blow - +1 mob hit at level 11 (3-4), +1 mob hit at level 20 (4-5)
  
• Corkscrew Blow - charging mechanic removed
  
• Transformation - lvl 1 cooldown 620 sec (instead of 860) (-20 seconds per level), lvl 20 cooldown 240 sec (instead of 480)
  
• Energy Blast - +1 mob hit, level 1 instead of 2 → 3, at level 11 instead of 3 → 4, at level 21 instead of 4 → 5
  
• Super Transformation - lvl 1 cooldown 560 sec (instead of 740 sec), level 20 cooldown 180 sec (instead of 360 sec)
  
• Dragon Strike - at level 30 (max) +1 mob hit (6-7)
  

BETA ANNOUNCEMENT

• Beta Release Date: May 17th, 2025
  
• EXP Rate Increasing to 16x (from 8x)
  
• Drop Rate Increasing to 8x (from 4x)
  
• Meso Rate Increasing to 8x (from 4x)
  
• Perfect Pitch will no longer be sold through Inkwell in Beta
  
• Up to 25k NX will be carried over from Alpha to Beta to encourage voting - no VP will be carried over.
  
• DOUBLE RATES until Beta release - get grinding!
